In recent years, Rabobank has taken a new view on their FM services. They wanted to become a demand-supply organization with three soft-service partners. Rabobank Amsterdam hired Marts to improve the quality of the demand-supply organization in the role as Interim Service Manager. During the project we have increased the synergy between the soft-service parties and thereby demonstrably improved the quality and knowledge levels of the various soft-service parties.
In addition, our Interim Service Manager was involved in the design, renovation and relocation of the headquarters of Rabobank Amsterdam. We also gave input for the renovation of the Mondriaan tower, pop-up stores, and various sales offices.
